Along Chinook

I've added the above image to my Pacific Northwest gallery, because it passed the critical family/G+/500px/Flickr tests - that is to say, I have circumstantial evidence to support my claim that I am not the only person who likes this image.

I took this shot while driving along the Chinook Scenic Byway, which runs along the northern side of Mt Rainier. It's a gorgeous area. Unfortunately for us, on that day Mt Rainier was hiding in the clouds. But other hills and mountains, such as this one, were out and enjoying the sunshine, so I took shots of them instead of the Big Guy. Not to worry - I made it out to Rainier recently and should have at least one keeper (I hope) from that trip of him.
